Freight is determined by the weight of your merchandise and its final destination. Actual published UPS charges will be billed to your credit card or open account. ABC Target does not mark up freight; the actual UPS rates are determined and applied at time of shipping. |

When can I expect my order to arrive? |

Most in-stock orders ship via UPS from Brooklyn, New York within the next business day. UPS Transit Times vary depending on your proximity to our distribution center. Typical transit time within the United States is between 1 and 6 business days. If you wish for your order to be expedited, please email info@abctarget.com before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time for same day shipping of in-stock items. Please include your order number on all correspondence. |

When do you charge my credit card? |

Your credit card will only be charged after the stocked items on your order ship. Items being shipped directly from the manufacturer, incur immediate billing. In some cases, your credit card is charged on multiple levels depending on whether or not your order ships partially or complete. The sum of all charges will not exceed the quoted amount except for additional charges relating to shipping, handling and applicable tax. Please refer to answer A01 above for further details. |

Will I receive a receipt for this order? |

An email confirmation containing the details of your transaction is sent immediately after placing your order. Another email containing tracking information will be sent upon the shipping of your merchandise. A paper statement or receipt is sent via US Mail for orders on open account only. If you require a paper statement for other orders, please email info@abctarget.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. |

Most orders ship from our primary distribution center in Brooklyn, New York. Some orders may ship directly from our manufacturers in order to save you money on high freight items. |

Our Pick Up Counter and Showroom have been temporarily closed. We anticipate re-opening our Pick Up Counter and Showroom in early 2007. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Applicable sales tax rates will be added to all orders shipping to a destination within New York , New Jersey and North Carolina . Can I apply for a line of credit with your Open Account program? |

Businesses with an opening order of $1,000 or more may apply for 30 day terms with our Open Account program. The business applying must be operational for at least one year. An Application for Credit (AFC) must be completed listing 3 trade references and 1 bank reference. Our Credit Department will review all applications and respond with a decision within 5-7 business days from the date of application. To apply for an Open Account, please email info@abctarget.com with your request. |
